Return and Refund Policy

We, at Ziona MuL do not accept returned merchandise and do not issue refunds. All sales are final. Our business accepts returned items only to be exchanged for any items at the same/higher price(the difference amount is to be paid at checkout by the consumer). We state that we accept returned merchandise and will issue credit note, which can only be used on our E-store

We have a 7 day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or get a credit note for the same amount. You have to notify team Ziona MuL to initiate an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note, products purchased at the time of SALE will not be returned exchanged.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
